Main duties:
- Working with the executive team to set the marketing strategy for the business
- Managing the marketing and PR team
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
- Managing the process with third-party marketing agencies
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and presentations
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience managing global marketing for offshore or product companies with a focus on B2B clients
- Soft skills of leadership, ambition and willingness to work intensively to grow the company
- Experience with managing people
- Experience with planning marketing strategies
- Experience with a full stack of marketing aspects including: PR, content, social, Bizdev and marketing strategy
- Experience with blockchain and crypto is an advantage
- Strong English skills
